andy i am facing a similar problem i.e if the wall shows a pulsating motion i.e. expansion and contraction and this propogates as a wave i.e if the boundary coordinates of wall are r = A(1 + cos ( 2*pi *(Z-ct)/ λ )) where A is the amplitude Z is the length of the track and c is the wave speed. This can happen if the wall is elastic in nature something like blood vessels or the food pipe i.e. oesophagus.

You can find in litterature the implementation of the v2f model in fluent. I think they modified the wall functions...have a look.
