Meshing a hole geometry

Default Meshing a hole geometry

I tried to Hex/cooper mesh a cylinder, this cylinder has hole on the one side of the wall (for another fluid inlet, apart from the inlet from downside), however unable to succeed,Plz suggest the Hex/cooper meshing scheme.
