Default Can I simulate crystal using FLUENT

I want to use FLUENT to simulate crystal in a pipe .The crystal will jam the pipe at last

Try the solidification model of fluent. You have to impose a liquidus and solidus temperature (equal for crystal), to calculate a temperature distribution.... should be easy.
