Fluent Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Manager Department: Technical Department Positions Supervised: Customer Service Engineers Location: Shanghai, China Job Summary: The Customer Service Manager is responsible for providing customer services related to Fluent software, implementing and maintaining the customer service process that improves the effectiveness and efficiency of services while maintaining or improving the quality of the service provided to our clients. Job Responsibilities: -Establish metrics for measuring service effectiveness and efficiency, as well as customer satisfaction. -Organize and deploy the service engineers, mentor subordinates necessary, regularly do hands-on work. -Track existing customers' further needs for the company products. -Gather customer feedback to the company products. -Maintain the company service quality standard. -Make presentation to prospects in Chinese and English Prerequisite Qualifications: -MS degree in CFD Engineering and 3 years experience in service-oriented technical work; Ph.D. degree in CFD preferred. -Strong knowledge and experience using Fluent software. -Good understanding of the Chinese CAE business processes. -Good communication skills, mentoring skills, strong problem solving ability and good methodology.
