Gambit: face mesh starts at edge, not boundary lr

I often get myself into this situation without seeing how. In meshing a 2D model, I mesh an edge, put a boundary layer on it, then mesh the other edges. When I finally mesh the face, this face mesh goes all the way to the edges, ignoring the boundary layer. Now I have two distinct meshes near the important edge (one displays yellow, one displays white).
What am I doing wrong? Sometimes I think I get what I want and sometimes I get this - I haven't noticed whatever it is I'm doing that makes the difference. Thanks! |
