erro message while opening gambit

maybe there is a .lok file in your directoty.you have to delete it
|

Thank you for your response, but I have checked twice, finding no .lok file in my directory.Is there any other possible reasons?

ok if you don't have any license problems and no .lok i cannot see any reason. another idea is to search in your computer if there are any .lok at at all in any other directory that causes problems. hope it helps

Thank you.I have done what you said, but the problem is still exist.Maybe the last way is to reinstall system.
