Default how to set two region in Fluent?

A porous region covers the botton of a duct. how to set the region in Fluent? use multiphase model? how to do? Thank you.

If your problem is two-dimensional,you can set two faces, and then set one of them as porous zone. Define...-> Boundary Conditions...->Fluid... Good luck!
