Default ASMM vs Euler for bubble column

Hi, Can anyone suggest the initial conditions to be used in the simulation(unsteady) of bubble column using Euler(2-fluid) model.I learned from the fluent user's guide that Eulerian(2-fluid) simulations should be initiated using the converged soltuion obtained from the mixture model .While following this procedure I am facing problem in converting turbulent boundary conditions from Mixture to Euler.Because in the Cas &dat files of mixture model turbulent bounadry quantities are defined for mixtue where to do euler simulations we have to mention those quantities for phase-1. How can we use the cas &dat files of mixture model to make the Euler simulations. I appreciate your help... Thanks
