applying results as b.c on some other model

can anybody help me, is this possible to apply results from one case to the other case as b.c (e.g. temp)?

Use file->write profile to export profiles on boundaries and use file->read profile ro read it into your new case. The profile will then become available as a boundary condition.

I have used it for temperature, velocity and turbulence (k-e). I think it will work for all the values that you can export.
