Can anybody suggest me a way by which we can see the residual value vs the total computational time in a plot using FLUENT !!!

hi
u have the option in fluent u get the residual plot whn u iterate.>monitors--->residual or u can go to solve-->monitor---->surface in that u define reiduals against flow time i think u asked the same thank falak |

Dear Falak:
Thanks for the response. But I wanted to know about how to plot the residual vs total computational time involved !!! i.e. In the residual plot that comes up showing residual vs iterations, I want the x-axis to show the total computational time. The Y-axis remains the same, i.e. it will still show the residual plots of the different equations. I hope things are more clear now. If you are aware of how to monitor such a thing please do let me know. bye Sagnik |
