Default Time steps - Large Eddy - LES

Hi, I have some questions about LES. I hope somebody can helps me.

1. I have heart you can calculate the input for the time steps. I use 1e-05 as time step, but I'm not sure that it's rigth.

2. How much time steps or which time I have to simulate for correct result.

3. How much iterations make sense for every time step. I heard 10-20 iterations.
