Fluent:Operating conditions panel

Hi
can anyone make me clear about the panel "operating conditions". In this panel there are three boxes. 1.operating pressure if am correct,this is the pressure at which the simulation starts,) 2.X:_____________ and 3.Y:_____________ What are these X and Y values. Will these values influence the calculation of Static Pressure values of the simulation any sort of response is highly appreciated thank you |

I think ,The value of "x and y",you said is just used in the position such as liquid or gas density differ from air.

These coordinates are used for the reference pressure location for incompressible flows that do not involve any pressure boundaries. Just refer to the Fluent manual "physical boundaries => reference pressure location" if you need any further details
