Default Navier Stokes solvers for growing domains

Dear Experts,

I am working on developing a code for fluid flow through a channel where the fluid is an acid which reacts with the wall to dissolve some material and thereby expands the domain at every time step. I was wondering if there is any open source 3D C/C++ code which can handle this kind of problem as i would prefer not redoing something which has been done.

The problems i am facing:

1. Gridding the domain at every time step.

2. Is it possible to use a structured gridding and track the wall movement explicitly on the mesh?. If so is there any code which can handle this way.

Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

Thank you
