I have a conjugate heat transfer problem. One channel (a fluid) in contact with a plate (a solid, not the thin wall model but a plate with its thickness). In the interface I have a wall and a wall-shadow, because of the coupling between conduction and convection. In the other side of the solid, a constant heat flux condition. In the fluid side the boundary condition is velocity inlet and pressure outlet and symmetry.
However it seems that the heat does not arrive to the fluid. I have tried several meshes of the wall thickness of the plate and of the fluid domain. And it seems that the heat does not arrive to the fluid (air) and thus there is a heat imbalance (report/fluxes/heat transfer energy) in the whole domain. What am I doing wrong?? Thanks! |
