Default how to calculate the gradient of volume fraction

Hi Everyone,

I am doing a two phase flow simulation for a channel by using the mixture model. For calculating the slip velocity, the gradient of volume fraction is needed. How can I calculate it? Can you give me some suggestions? Thank you in advance.
