Hi guys! I'm running a case with the following setting: 2D stationary k-epsilon realizable with wall function non equilibrium, second order accuracy and double precision. I have y+<30 in an small area on the upwind face. I would like to know if this problem can cause local or global effects ? Thinking about correcting the y+ just in this area, do you suggest meshing or y+ adaption? Thanks in advance for your help! Anto

You should not have problems if your y+ values are above 11. Check the guidelines in the FLUENT manual...
