hi I have a problem with meshing this geometry: http://www.flickr.com/photos/ken22

The main problem is in the small corner where the inclined section merges with the flat surface. As I can't do a mapping throughout the flat part, I ended up using TGrid at that corner. Is there a way to make a better mesh using mostly rectangles?

zip the jou trn and dbs files in one folder (before doing this please remove the mesh from inside) and send it to me, i think i would be able to mesh it, let me try.

Try the Quad Map Tri-Primitive scheme.

It works great for using Quad mapping on wedges and triangular surfaces
