Default fluent and FEMlab

if i imported a stl into femlab, then set the boundary conditions, would i be able to export either the geometry or both the geometry and the boundry conditions to fluent? femlab doesnt have the power i need to do this and i can't seem to correctly set the boundry conditions in fluent
