Default fluent 6.2 and mass transfer in eulerian model

hi friends! fluidized bed dryers used to dry moist particles with hot gas which flow through them upwind.it means i have 3phase(solid+moisture and gas). can i simulate(using fluent 6.2) mass transfer throgh porous particles?or only surface evaporation? regards masood
