Default heat exchanger problem

hi all.. i am quite new with fluent and i have to model a shell & tubeheat exchanger. i am using two different fluid in shell & tube. but i am unable to take this conditions in fluent.... can anyone help me regarding this. i am modeling a counter current flow. the fluid in the tube is a cld one and that in the shell is a hot one..... their velocities are also different.
