HI EVERYBODY! I've a question about a problem I'm having with a 3d grid.
When I try to mesh a volume, the following message appears: "Initialization failed;perturb boundary nodes and try again. Initialization failed to mesh 40 nodes." and I can mesh my volume. I have tried to modify the number of interval count on the edges and I've got the same message but the number of nodes that can not be meshed are 2 and not 40. I don't know if this strategy to reduce this number is correct and anyhow I'm not able to eliminate totally the non meshed nodes, Have you any suggestion? Thanks a lot Best Regards Antonietta Paulozza ----- Original Message |

Try smoothing the face mesh using a LW laplacian scheme. under mesh>face>smooth mesh.
