hello! please Icannot understand the meaning of the injection parameters ( on the injection panel) like: - x position, y position , first point, last point, how to calculate x velocity, y velocity??? (fluent 5.4 tutorial guide)

Dear Abel: Injectoins in fluent is created for particle tacking support. Fluent assumes that a particle(or Dye) in the flow field and tracks its path. x and y position is the location that he particle to be injected in the flow field. x and v velocity in the initial velocities of the particle injected. Regards
