Default Unable to Locate Injection

Hi,

I am trying to use a single injection in the discrete phase model. After inputting my point properties and running the solution, a message appears in the output window which states "unable to locate injection". I have tried changing my x-y coordinates of my point injection but it has had no effect. Any suggestions as to what I can try next? Thanks.

Dan
