Default Heat transfer for fluid-fluid interface

I defined flow of two fluids water and air in two regions. Fluent created "two-sided wall" and I choose "couple" option in BC for "two-sided wall". The problem is that in results there is no heat transfer. The temperature of air seems to have some gradient near wall but water has the same temperature as on inlet. if you have some suggestions please write regards
