Does anybody know a good Website or reference where I can find an approach to proceed in solving a simple problem of porous medium by using Fluent?. I will really appreciate your help.

What exactly do you want to do in packed bed problem is not clear from your quary ?

For doing problem on packed bed, you can start referring the documentation on porous media problem of fluent help.
