What's the units in UDF?

Hi, all

What is the units in the UDF? I need define a source term in Fluent. When I use some grid parameters, I wonder what the units it is ?

Hi Erica,

I remember reading somewhere in the UDF manual that all units in UDF always have to be SI.

In section 4.3.15, it is said that "the units on all source terms are of the form generation-rate/volume." A mass_source term will be in kg/m3-s. Energy source will be in J/m3-s. Have a nice day! Salutation, David
