Default Transient UDS BC Flux to Value

Hi, I want to be able to specify a boundary condition for a UDS in a transient problem so that depending on the time and location some parts of the boundary will have a specified value, and others will have a specified flux. The simplest example problem would be a wall aligned with the y-z plane, along which, for any x>time the BC is flux=0, and for x<=time the BC is value=0. Is this possible? If so, any suggestions on what I need to put together to make it work would be great, Thanks, Peter
