Hurry!How to simulate mass transfer of moist air?

Hi, everybody:

I am a new guy in this forum. Now I am doing my simulation in a compartmented coil which has two compartments for fresh air and return air seperately and a adiabatic sheet between them. The chilled water pipe come across them to cool these two air streams. I think that it is very alike typical air-water heat exchanger and the only difference is two seperated compartments.

Now I can only simulate heat transfer of moist air. I have tried to use species model and define the moist air in air inlet BC by using mixture template but I failed. So I need some help for simulating mass transfer of moist air.
