Default Fixing Mass fraction values

Hello to all FLUENT's users, I am working with a mixture composed of three species and I want to set all the mass fraction species values on zero in a fluid zone of the domain. I was wondering if it's possible by patching value or by using another way...Thanks in advance for every suggestion!
