Default How to activate turbo postprocessing panel

Hallo everybody

I'm trying to activate the tubo postprocessing panel in Fluent ver.6.0.12. Studying the user's guide one can read that fluent activates this option after definition of the turbo topology. Maybe I'm wrong but it doesnt work. Please help me wtih this problem

it is the way by which u can activate turbo topology.
