Default turbulence intensity for skyscraper

Dear CFD experts, I'm studying with fluent the interaction of a skyscraper with wind. I have calculated the intensity of turbulence as the stardard deviation of turbulence divided by mean wind velocity according Eurocode 1 Wind actions on buildings. The intensity is about 22% and it is much bigger than the ones suggested by Fluent 1-10%. It seems to me that both fluent and EC1 have the same definition for the intensity.Could anyone of you suggest me a value and where to find some papers dealing with this? Thanks in advance
