Default Merging volumes created from imported point clouds

Hello.

I'm in the process of creating one single volume from two separate ones. I've imported two clouds of points (X-, Y- and Z-coordinates) disguised as ICEM-data into GAMBIT. GAMBIT automatically creates two tube shaped faces which I would like to merge so as to create one single, bifurcated tube.

Has anyone any idea on how to do this?

Thanks in advance.
