Hi!
I have a question considering cavitation modelling. Can anyone tell me how is the SIMPLE algorithm addapted to take into account the cavitation model? Thanks in advance. wat |

Hi; SIMPLE algorithm is used to solve the flow field equations (continuity and momentum). Then in each numerical iteration, other equations like turbulence, energy and cavitation are solved after the main equations. Fluent is a pressure based solver i.e. uses the SIMPLE algorithm. Regards. ROOZBEH
