single frame reference

hi, iwant to calculate forces on blade of mixer tank.i aligned my geometry along with z axis. i want to ask that from what condition should initlise.and single frame of refernce analysis is sufficient for this analysis b/c no stator present.any material available plz let me know. nabeel
