Default Spin coating

Hi... I am trying to solve the spin coating problem which a liquid is spreading on the circular plate.

It is almost same with the fluent vof tutorial model.

The control volume is (5 * 140 mm) and , liquid volume is a quarter circle which is R = 4mm.(right lower corner). The model is axis(bottom), swirl, seg, vof and unsteady.(2D)

As a case, I used the water with the swirl velocity, 10 rad/s. It seems to be "ok".

However, if I use the water with the larger visocity or oil, error happens and iteration stops. I could see the comment "floating number invalid".

So, please let me know what is the best way to solve my problem, specially to get the solution for the increased viscosity like silicon oil.

Thank you so much to read. Please let me know the way to get out of this trouble.
