Default problem in giving b.c

hi users,

I am having a problem in intialising the iteration. While giving the b.c i found two velocity inlet condition .one b.c is due to beam sea condition of the ship that is perpendicular to the body and other due to movement of the ship relative to the water which is along the body.I am incorporating beam sea condition as it is severe case for roll motion.i am intending to calculate the lift coefficient on the fins which try to reduce the roll motion.I would like to know which of the given boundaries are to be initialised for iterating.
