floating point error

hi,
could anybody tell tell me what this means. what could attribute to this error and how to solve? Error: Floating point error: invalid number thanks a lot. |

Hey, Divide by zero causes this. Check ur intialization functions and bouudary conditions. More information on the problem will be hepful. Podila

thanks Podila,
i want to do simulation on a 2-D combustion chamber model. just the compression part only.i am using Fuent 6. so the mesh is moving. i am relatively new to Fluent. thanks for the help. though i think there are a lot more things i will ask later. |
