Default udf for transient heat flux BC

HI all Can some one tell me what is the source file i must write in "C" for a heat flux q(t) set to a surface bondary condition such as :

q(t) = a if 0 <t<t0 and q(t) = 0 if t> t0

t :time and a :is constant
