Hello, I am running steady-state, non-premixed combustion with a hydrogen PDF model in a small 2-d supersonic combusting ram jet. I am trying to determine my combustion efficiency. I have been told that comparing the heating value of hydrogen with the enthalpy that is produced in the combustion model is the best way to do this. I have used the 'Reports - Surface Integrals tool to report enthalpy, but should I determine the enthalpy only across the exhaust surface or over the entire fluid zone? Am I on the right track ? Is there any other pertinent info that I may be missing? Thanks Justin Rencher
