Polyflow problem

I have done the polyflow toturial 1. I am facing a problem when i am doen with running polyflow.
It show this message: Anyone can help me out??? ************************* * * * SOLVERS * * * ************************* Solver : Preprocessors Polyflow running on FULO with 1 processor Arguments of Polyflow : ******************************** * Summary of the simulation * ******************************** The computation failed. *************************** * Expert tool diagnostics * *************************** No decomposers are available ! hello.
