Gravity question

I have two questions. (1). I check the energy equation in fluent manual chapter 11. In the manual, E=enthalpy-pressure/density+square of velocity/2. E is the transport variable in energy equation. There should have a gravity work term on the right hand side of energy equation. I did not find the gravity work term. So where is this term going and how to set this gravity work term in energy equation? (2). In incompressible flow, the energy equation does not include the pressure work and kinetic energy term. Is the transport variable E in energy equation going to be enthalpy? Thanks.
