Hi!
Did you save animation frame on the same computer as you try to make a mpeg? I've had problems sometimes when i didn't do everithing on the samed computer. You can also try to make jpgs and then make a moviee from them with some other program...you'll probabilly get better resolution too. regards MATEUS |

Hello Mateus and Thanks for reply
But when I attempt to create mpeg in several computers , that warning reported and all works performed in same computer. below notification is interested. 1- When i delete sequences in PLAYBACK panel to define new animation(in my computer i prevented to create new animation after each running and delete sequences lets me to overwrite on old hmf files) that report(Error: FLUENT received a fatal signal (SEGMENTATION VIOLATION).) printed. 2- when i create new animation for first time in begining Fluent, below warning reportedframe files created and then deleted but no mpeg file built) 'mpeg_encode' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Removing frame files ... done. with many thanks for advance. Hadi |

Fluent uses an external program called mpeg_encode.exe to create the mpeg file. Maybe this program is missing, or fluent can't find it.
On my comp, it is in: c:\fluent.inc\ntbin\ntx86\mpeg_encode.exe and the directory c:\fluent.inc\ntbin\ntx86\ is included in the PATH environment variable. (see the system control panel on WinNT) Rob |

Don't know if it helps you, but for me to make mpeg's I have to use a small window for Fluent graphics. If I had the Fluent graphic window in full screen, then the mpeg creator would crash - I don't remember the specific error message.

Hello Mr Robert I understand where mpeg_encode was found. It is in CD Fluent package and by installation of Fluent, it copied to that URL(\\nyx86) you said. Hence by installation Fluent again, this file replaced on older and repaired and that error repaired too.(by your help i understand this) thank alot again and Excuse me for disturbing you by previous Email. Bye
