Default oil spill in water and wave pattern

hello dear users, 1- can i simulate wave and tidal pattern with fluent? 2- how can i model oil spill in water (especially sedimentation, emulsion, evaporation). I don't know better manner for this is VOF or DPM. Please guide or reference me in this problem. Thanks in advance.
