Dear All,
My company have ordered one package of Fluent and polyflow a year ago (at the beginning of 2003). However, upto this day, we are still not able to get the software. I am not sure this purchasing practice is common to all CFD software company, or just fluent itself. (Well, actually, we don't have such problem in buying ANSYS or other CFD software package). Could anybody advise me how to get this problem solved? Regards, Adam |

Personally I am at university, so I don't know if the problem is appliciable to me. However, I run fluent on my desk PC. The software is free to download from the fluent website. The part you need to obtain from fluent is the licesnce. I am running linux and the download and installation of the Licence.dat file was very streight forward and there was pleanty of documentaion on the website. Have you e-mailed fluent. I have always found there support very helpful.
