RTD determination using eulerian model

I'm modeling a system using the Eulerian model. I need to know the residence time distribution.
I have to inject a tracer and monitor its behaviour to calculate the RTD function, but FLUENT doesn't allow to solve species transport equations with the Eulerian model. Has anyone some experience with this kind of problem? Any suggestion is really appreciated. Hi ap |

Hi, It is not yet available to practice species transport using the fully eulerian model. You have to define your tracer with a User Defined Scalar (UDS) and transport it.
