Hello Fluent Users

Though fluent is an unstructured solver, Is there any way I can get the data being generated by the solver in i,j,k format?

I need to use the solution generated by fluent as an input to another code and what I get is the data in finite element (brick/quad) form which is so difficult to decipher.

Is there any way this can be done or the data from FE form can be converted to regular I J K form?

Would be a great favor if anybody can answer that.
