Hi, in the equation for the net rate of production of species i in the eddy dissipation model, (eq. 13.1-25 and -26 in FLuent 6.0 manual), there are two empirical constants A and B. A=4, B=0.5 by default. I have two questions: 1) Obviously by reducing A and B , the net rate is reduced of production is reduced, I ma however not sure about the physical meaning of A and B, do they affect the mixing rate?
2) Does anyone have any references on these two factor, i.e. table what values to use for various fuel/oxidiser combinations. Thanks, Jürgen |
