fluent usage for Ventricle problem

Sir,

I am currently analysing the flow inside the left ventricle(the filling stage). All I have is the mass flow rate and the velocity at the inlet. I want to consider the wall motion of the ventricle too. I am a bit confused in this regard. Is it a translation one that need to be considered? Also please let em know if there are existing papers on this topic (cfd related).Hoping to hear at the earliest.

Did you get to work on this problem?? I will be working on Left Ventricle using Fluent and would love to get input from you.
