How to implement H1 Boundary Condition in Fluent?

Is there a way to impose a H1 boundary condition, i.e. constant wall heat flux with constant wall temperature around the periphery, in Fluent?
Any pointer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Jake |
