2D ROTATING WHEELS

I WANT TO SIMULATE THE MOTION OF TWO WHEELS THA THEY ARE BOTH ROTATING AND THEY ARE IN TOUCH .LIKE THIS : 8 . SHOULD I USE MIXING PLANE THEORY OR SLIDING MESHES? I AM A BIT CONFUSED BECAUSE WHEN I USED GRID INTERFACES, I'VE HAD A WARNING MESSAGE AFTER GRID CHECKING : non-positive volumes exist. IF ANYONE COULD HELP!! ANNIE
